Sujatha’s journey is one of remarkable transformation, as she seamlessly transitioned from a prominent career in finance to realizing her genuine passion for photography. 

Her upbringing in Bengaluru was significantly shaped by her parents, humble farmers who imparted essential lessons in hard work, discipline, and creativity. Excelling in her studies, Sujatha earned a Master’s degree in Commerce and launched her career as a financial analyst with a multinational corporation.

As she climbed the ranks within her organization, Sujatha garnered respect and admiration from peers, all while earning a respectable salary. Yet, amidst her professional triumphs, she found more fulfillment in her role as a homemaker and mother to a delightful daughter. Balancing the challenges of work with family responsibilities proved to be demanding, prompting her to reflect on her own aspirations beyond the corporate realm. 

Photography emerged as a unique outlet for her creativity and connection—elements that her finance career lacked. This realization wasn’t a spontaneous decision; it came after much introspection, thoughtful deliberation, and meticulous planning.

Sujatha

 Ultimately, Sujatha made the courageous choice to embark on a new career in photography, which took many of her colleagues and friends by surprise.

In 2025 Sujatha founded Photographistas, a photography firm led by women, dedicated to capturing moments that narrate powerful stories. Drawing on her business acumen from the finance world, she crafted a client-centered model that encapsulated both artistic expression and high-quality photography.

Beyond her role as a founder, Sujatha is also launching an initiative designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises navigate the intricacies of starting their businesses. Her vision goes beyond mere memory-making; she aspires to motivate others to follow their passions and break free from societal constraints.

Sujatha’s narrative exemplifies the spirit of reinvention and the pursuit of one’s dreams. By transforming from a finance executive into a photography entrepreneur, she illustrates how passion can lead to both personal fulfillment and professional success. Her story serves as an inspiration to others, especially women, urging them to embrace their dreams and carve out their unique paths in life.

Transitioning from Technology to Photography: The Inspiring Journey of Madhavi

Madhavi grew up in Hyderabad, where her family’s unwavering support fueled her innate curiosity and love for learning. From an early age, she demonstrated a strong inclination towards technology, which ultimately guided her to pursue a degree in engineering. She excelled academically and went on to complete her Master’s in Technology.

Upon finishing her M.Tech, Madhavi embraced the role of a homemaker and mother, focusing on nurturing her child and fostering a warm, loving household. However, while juggling family responsibilities, she reignited her long-standing passion for photography. What began as a simple hobby—capturing meaningful moments of her children’s lives, documenting family events, and exploring the beauty of her surroundings through the lens of her camera—quickly evolved into something deeper. Her fascination with the interplay of light, composition, and visual storytelling compelled her to immerse herself further in the world of photography.

Recognizing the immense potential of her newly found passion, Madhavi teamed up at Photographistas as the lead photographer, utilizing her sharp eye for detail and her ability to connect with subjects to craft stunning visual stories that resonate with clients.

Despite her demanding schedule, Madhavi remains deeply devoted to her family. She skillfully balances her professional endeavors with motherhood, drawing inspiration from her daughter’s creativity and inquisitive nature. Her home is a sanctuary of laughter, joy, and unwavering support, providing a solid foundation for her ambitious goals. Madhavi often reflects on her journey from a homemaker to a passionate photographer, emphasizing how this transformation has enriched her outlook on life.

Introducing Amrutha, a spirited and enthusiastic young graduate from Bengaluru, brimming with energy and a deep-seated passion for photography. After completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Amrutha not only excelled in her studies but also actively participated in various extracurricular activities that fostered her creativity.

From an early age, Amrutha was captivated by the art of photography. Whether she was snapping candid shots of friends or capturing stunning landscapes during family vacations, her fascination with images grew stronger. This childhood interest evolved into a dedicated pursuit as she honed her skills in using various cameras and editing techniques. Armed with her DSLR, she began narrating stories through her photographs, illustrating her distinct view of everyday experiences.

Amrutha is more than just a photographer; she has a remarkable talent for utilizing social media to showcase her work and connect with a broader audience. Possessing a natural flair for branding and digital interaction, she has cultivated a personal brand that embodies her lively spirit and artistic sensibility. Amrutha’s responsibilities include not only capturing breathtaking images but also managing social media initiatives, curating content, and engaging with clients across various digital platforms.

Her knack for crafting relatable and captivating narratives through photography and social media has quickly positioned her as an emerging talent in the industry. Each new project brings her excitement, as she views every assignment as a chance to learn, grow, and connect with others. Amrutha believes that photography transcends mere image-taking; it is about encapsulating emotions and moments that resonate deeply with viewers.
